Terra White

Tardana varietal. An orange wine, fermented with its own grapeskins. Unique white wine harvested later than the local reds, then fermented and aged in new clay amphora.
Arroba Red

Pintaillo varietal. A wine made from selectively picked grapes grown in a "field blend" of different grape varieties in danger of extinction.
Soy Red

Bobal varietal. From the vineyard plot of Ivan's grandfather, Cerro de los Moñigos. Aging in already-used barrels of 100% French oak.
Tinaja Red

Bobal varietal. From the vineyard plot of Ivan's neighbour in the area of Olla Arenas. Fermented and aged in a new clay amphora.
