ROSÉ Rose wine...
Barrel-aged rosado.

Our “Rosé” is crafted from one of the most ideal grapes (in our humble opinion) for producing rosado-style wine, our regional varietal Bobal.

Sometimes characterized as a “problem child” wine, this rosado has a long bottle life and brings the delightful feeling of summer to any time of the year. We are grateful for the insistence of Lola, Iván's mother, whose love for rosado was the reason this wine was born.

The essence of the "triple twist" infinity icon on our Rosé label is a symbol of the Maori people of New Zealand. It signifies the union between tradition and modernity—the present and the past—as a way of moving along an unending path.

The 30-year-old Bobal vines in this vineyard are planted to deep, nutrient-poor soils of limestone and clay.

Rosado Wine of 100% Bobal crafted carefully by hand with minimal intervention. This wine spends the last stages of its fermentation in barrel with lees-aging for a period of three months, and is made without fining or cold stabilization. Consequently, natural sediments may appear in the bottle or in the glass

Rosé can be enjoyed by all kinds of wine consumers, including vegans and vegetarians.
